Artwork Format

We accept the following artwork formats:

• .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
• .bmp (Windows bitmap)
• .cdr (Corel Draw)
• .eps (Encapsulated PostScript)
• .gif (Graphics Interchange Format)
• .jpg (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
• .pdf (Portable Document Format)
• .psd (Adobe Photoshop)
• .tif (A flexible bitmap image format)

Text Sizes

Please make sure the text in your artwork meet the following requirement:

• At least 5mm in height for woven fabric
• At least 6mm in height for knitting fabric

Recommended Maximum Settings

We recommend the following settings. However, depending on the different designs, we may suggest alternatives to ensure your embroidery will look good.

• Standard Left Chest: 3" to 4" Wide x 3" High
• Standard Sleeve: 2.25" to 3" Wide
• Standard Fullback: 8" to 10" Wide
• Low Profile Caps: 2.25" High
• Pro-Style Caps: 2.75"
• Visors: 1.5" High
• Side of Caps: 2" High
• Turtle/Mock Necks: 1" to 1.25" High
• Cuffs: 2" to 3" Wide

Disk Formats

• Tajima (dst)
• Melco CND (cnd)
• Melco EXP (exp)

Editing

For DST files produced by other digitizers:

• We CANNOT change the size of the design
• We can ONLY add and remove new text and/or graphics

When adding NEW text to existing designs, please specify the following:

• Font type and size
• If text is to be all upper or both upper and lower case letters

SENDING BY FAX/EMAIL

1. Download a copy of our order sheet (PDF), print it out, fill in your information and send it to us by fax or email (as an attachment) with your artwork.
2. We will contact you to confirm your order on the same day. If you don't receive a response, contact us through our toll free phone number (1.866.873.8901).
3. After the order is confirmed, we will digitize your artwork and make sew out samples
